Met. Monday

Hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend, and in many parts of the country enjoyed some milder temps. Here it is time for Metamorphosis Monday hosted by Susan @ http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/.
I don't have much of a contribution this week, but will share a "little" change I made. When I put up the Christmas decor, I put away the ornament that I had sitting on the moss in the bathroom, and left a bare spot that needed some attention. When out doing a little "thrifty" shopping last week, I found some faux birds for 80 cts. each, so bought a few since Spring will eventually return (2 mos. YAY!!! ). :-) And if you have visited my blog much, you know I love to often decorate with birdcages, faux birds, and birds' nests. So - used a nest and eggs I already had, perched a bird on the edge of the nest, and got a quick look of Spring. Not a big change, but every little bits helps.

I do have some much bigger projects that need to be done that would better qualify for a Met. Monday project when I ever get them done - Someday.
Be sure and visit Susan to see what she and the other participants have to share with us this week.
Have a great week!
Glenda

  1. Sweet. I think the eggs would be 'tested' for chocolate content by a certain little person in our house! XX

  14. You may think it's a little change, Glenda, but I love it! You've given me inspiration for an urn I found at Goodwill and had painted black. I had a feather boa Christmas tree stuck in it for Christmas, but now it's empty and I think some moss and a nest would look great!
