A Few More Glads...

Another collage/mosaic I created from the pics I took of some  glads, and put on the back burner some time ago.  Just digging around in the archives as I try to wait patiently for the

new beginnings of Spring 2013.  Temps to sporadic right now to plant some pretty annuals - So will try to be patient.

Linking up @ "Mosaic Monday"
                       "Make It Pretty Monday"

The sky is blue, the sun is shining, it is 66 climbing to 76 today, so this is a short post - and I am out of here to soak up some vitamin D. Will check back later.

Update:    Worked outside and took an enjoyable walk - the warm sun felt good. Came in,  had  lunch and checked email, then noticed a robin setting very still under a chair in the courtyard.  Was concerned  as it appeared to be immobile at first.  Grabbed camera and this was the best shot I could get as it flew away when I walked up to the door.....
Maybe just tired from building a nest for the next generation ??
Have a great weekend!
Glenda

  1. We are suppose to be in the 80's today but down in the 40's by Saturday. It's too risky to plant anything right now here. Spring will be here soon and stay.

    Pretty photos.

  11. Oh I adore glads. Every year I tell myself that I will plant some, but they are a bit of a pain to care for, I think. Am I right about that? Yours are beautiful and the mosiac is charming.

  15. I love glads. Well, my husband bought all his yard stuff today...weed stuff, grass stuff etc. Just as he left, the snow started. It didn't stick, but it sure isn't spring around here! I'm so tired of brown/gray ugly. We did have that one nice day last week! There is hope!

  18. The gladiolas are beautiful Glenda.

We are having some of the dreariest weather. We need to make a run to the state capital but just can't get in the mood.

Have lots of plans for the yard, but just can't get to it.

  19. How wonderful it must have been to work outside and feel warm sun. It's snowing here today :( My husband did see some robins in the park a couple of days ago when he was talking his walk so that's a good sign.
