Show and Tell

We got snow last night, but not as much as they thought we might get (thank goodness). Just a heavy dusting from what I can tell . I am not going outside to check - to cold, and the temps are dropping. The real problem will be when the wet streets freeze tonight.

Thought I would join Cindy @ My Romantic Home for "Show and Tell Friday" http://romantichome.blogspot.com/
Thanks Cindy for hosting this weekly event. I have an unintended collection of cherubs around my home, so thought I would share them with you. As you can tell, I took these pictures last Summer.

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketThen inside. I found this one in a Christmas/decor. shop years ago. He is actually a tree ornament, but sits on this basket year round. Don't know that he would work well as a tree ornament as is pretty heavy.

And of course the little ones that play around the soap dish.

Be sure and visit Cindy to see what she and the other participants have to share this week.
Hope you are having a great week and staying warm.

The cherubs are all beautiful, Glenda!

We ended up with about 4 inches. It's dry and blowing. Hard to tell for sure. It is very very cold!

Glenda-You have such beautiful statuary on your patio! I love angels and cherubs. I have been "nesting" myself today..even the house is not that warm. The dogs refuse to go out :) unless I bribe them...and Jessie has a fur lined coat :) Hope the leg is better~~Susan

Glenda, Love all of your cherubs! They are all beautiful and it is great how you used the ornament and used it in the basket. So cute! I have the same soap dish as you...I just keep jewelry in mine.
Thanks for sharing,
Donna

You DO have quite a few cherubs around, don't you! I almost bought one for the girls bathroom about a year ago but didn't. Wish I had though!

That soap dish is darling!

Oh, I love your cherubs! That one outside looks like a water fountain. I'm sure it's wonderful out there with that going. When it's warm enough! It's sure cold in Texas too!

Well it is COLD here in North Texas!

I understand you're wanting to stay in the WARM house this morning.
I, on the other hand... had to go out and melt a big hole in the ice that covered our little fish pond... BURR!

Come on by and see the pictures. We might set a 20 year record low tonight!

Like everyone else, I loved the patio and the flowers and the greenery and the sunshine. I could almost feel it here. We don't have a lot of snow just a lot of cold. This will pass tho.

Thank you for visiting junkblossoms! I hope you'll come back soon. Pat
