Dollar Store Finds

I think this is the last of the items I bought at the dollar store that went out of business. I have already posted about the large moss and pine cone covered basket. This is the smaller one - think I paid $2.40.
Photobucket A plaque that I will probably use as the base for another project (really wished I had bought a couple more of these to use in other projects), and a "Dream" sign that I will embellish a little and add a ribbon to hang it with. Both 80 cts. each.PhotobucketPhotobucketAn ornament with one of the Grands' name - 50 cts., velvet pouches with rhinestones (perfect size for money or gift card gifts - 2 for 80cts. (have already used one for a money gift), some faux birds 80 cts. ea.

Some faux peaches (already had the container) , and a peach colored rose - 80 cts. ea.Photobucket
I am linking up with Show and Tell Friday, hosted by Cindy @ My Romantic Home http://romantichome.blogspot.com/, and Thrifty Thursday hosted by Leigh @ Tales from Bloggeritaville http://lbratina.blogspot.com/.

Now I need to get busy and do something with these little goodies. Don't forget to visit Cindy and Leigh to see what they and the other participants have to share with us this week.
The temps are suppose to be in the 60's on Sat. & Sun. with sunshine - BRING IT ON !! :-D
Hope everyone is having a great week.

Such wonderful finds. I love them. I am especially drooling over the peaches. I have been hunting for faux fruit that is affordable. The placques are super too. Hugs, Marty

Love the "queen" plaque. Can't imagine the deals when a Dollar Store goes out of business. I would think they'd be booming stores right now.
