What I been up to lately? Playing in the dirt ! I love going to buy flowers in the Spring - well at least until I get to the checkout and I hear the words "your total is $$$$" !
These Potato Bush topiaries were beautiful, but at $54 each, none came home with me.
A flat, 4 six packs and 3 pints later - Sounds like I have been partying! :-D
my courtyard is starting to look more like Spring.
Went out to take some better pictures this morning, but it is cloudy and threatening rain, so these will have to do for now. I did get a picture of my first iris and first azalea that has opened up.
I have a feeling, the freshly planted pots will be coming inside Thurs. and Fri. nights, as the temps are suppose to be in the 40's. :-(
Finally got around to making a wreath for the front door. Used what I already had - the wreath and bird I got for 80 cts. ea. at the dollar store that went out of business, daisies from last year and the yellow ribbon I have had so long, I don't remember what I bought it for.
Taxes are finished and mailed - Yay!
So see - I have done something besides play on the computer!!! :-D
Hope everyone is having a great week!

Glenda-I am envious! It is looks like spring at your house! I love those topiary bushes. I am always afraid to buy one too for fear I will kill it. It would break my heart!--the cost!!! Yucky day--I hope to do some yard work after next Monday!
Your courtyard is looking beautiful once again! It's amazing how much plants are selling for these days. I'm glad we have a variety of nurseries so I get shop the best prices.
Beautiful plants. I'm ready to do some planting soon myself.
Your garden is looking lovely! I bought a little azalea this year for the first time - it is very pretty with white, pink-edged petals. But it's smaller than yours, I think!
I really like your pretty wreath. I have one on our door which has been tapping in the wind all day...
Everything is so pretty Glenda!
I haven't even started my spring cleaning on my flower beds yet. I love when they're done but hate playing in the dirt.
Oh, I love your pretty flowers Glenda! They are just so lovely, I can't wait to put some out!
Spring is my favorite time of year!

You've taken some really beautiful pictures! It's too cold here yet for any type of outside flower but I can't wait for it to warm up.
Oh girl I want to play in the dirt...it seems like so long since I've been able to get outside and play ha ha!! Oh my big old plum tree that was over 20 years old broke right in half while I was gone...seen it today and just cried...one of the last Trees Wally planted for me before he died...sighs...Hope you had a GREAT Easter my dear friend...Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria
Your courtyard is so pretty, Glenda. I love the topiaries in the store. Gosh! are they expensive though!...Christine

The flowers and plants are so lovely!!! I hope to have soon my flowers growing!!!
Warm regards,

It looks so pretty. All I have out in pots are ferns right now. But I think mine, too, will be coming inside tonight due to chilly temps. I can't wait to see more of what you plant.
For once I'm happy it's going to rain! The pollen is killing me.
I love all the plants available now. Your courtyard is looking really pretty!

Hi Glenda!
Oh, everything is looking so beautiful at your place! don't you just love to go to the local nurseries and just look around at all the gorgeous flowers!
I know what you mean Glenda about the $$$! I love to browse the nursery but that's mostly all I do, browse.
I sure wish I could work in our garden a bit more but it's still a bit cool. Another couple weeks will make a big difference. Heck, before we know it Memorial Day will be here!
Enjoy your beautiful flowers.
