Winter

Winter Trees............

The snow pictures were taken Jan. 10, and Feb. 9.

No snow here today - Thank goodness! Hopefully we don't get any more of the "white stuff" this Winter. It is 72 as I sit here typing. The bad news is that "they" are predicting possible severe weather tonight into tomorrow morning.

I am linking up with Mary @ "Mosaic Monday"
and Susan @ "Outdoor Wednesday"
Be sure and visit these ladies to see what they and the other participants have to offer this week.

Have a great week!
Glenda

Love your pictures... I love the snow! We usually don't get a lot of snow here in Texas, but last year and this year we had snow several times, and I took a ton of pictures! I wanted to thank you for stopping by, loved reading your comment! Hope you have a wonderful week!
hugs~~ Daphne

Beautiful pictures, Glenda. Those are the kind I can never take here cause even it might snow once in a blue moon, it never even covers the whole ground. Summer is coming too fast, I think. It was and is still is 86 degrees outside and sunny. I checked the forecast for the next 10 days and the warmest is 68 degrees so I started planting....Christine

The pictures of trees are really beautiful Glenda. Winter does have its own special austere beauty. But 72 is sounding like a dream here in the Pacific Northwest. Vanna

I love your snowy pictures. Your weather was so much nicer than ours today, I don't think we got out of the 50's.
Stay safe with your forecasted weather.

Why is it that snow pictures are so pretty and yet when it is actually out the window, I don't like it much?

It was a short night here. I was up until after 1:00 watching a tornado head at us, we got lucky and only had 50 mph winds and tons of rain. My husband got called in just after 5 with power outages. Hopefully there will be a nap in my afternoon plans!

72? You are KILLING me.

We are losing most of our snow ... because of rain. Not much of a tradeoff, but I'm seeing some spring shoots showing up under the snow, so that's wonderful.

Love the mosaics -- especially the trees. They have SUCH atmosphere.

Lovely. Cass

I'm sure we'll have more stormy weather, but hopefully, no more snow this year. I do remember the year it snowed on Easter Sunday though. Your photos are so pretty, but they'll be even prettier whtn those trees have green on them. laurie

Calling by from Italy via Outdoor Wednesday to visit another participant. We were surprised by a sprinkling of snow on the surrounding hills when we woke this morning! I hope your expected bad weather is not too bad.
