Thought I would share a necklace I worked on a week or so ago. Used a pendant from a necklace I posted about here.
Some of the original chain can be reused, some not - but that will be another project.
Gathered up a few glass pearls, and red glass beads, along with new chain, and after a bit of creating.......

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. It was fairly quiet around here and what was happening is not blog material. I did manage to hit 2 sales - one a bust, but did score a couple of pieces of bling to work with at the other one. More on that after I get pics taken.
An update on my "decluttering process" that is taking forever. All cabinets in kitchen area finished now except the area under the sink. If I totally disappear from the land of blog one day, it is probably because I got swallowed up in that dark hole that is full of cans of left over spray paint, and "tons of things" that got stashed under there because of that infamous "might need that one day" mentality.
Question: If a can of spray paint does not have an expiration date on it, how long is it still good ?
Have a great week !

I never knew that paint cans HAD expirations! I may still have half- used cans from 10 years ago. LOL Hope you master that wire wrapping from your last post! We got a rain shower this AM and it made the day extremely humid. I'm looking forward to fall already!
What a beautiful creation Glenda. Love the beads you added and the toggle clasp too.
Not an expert on spray paint, but I'd think that as long as you shake it well and it's not clogged up, it just might still be good. If you think you've had it for years and years, I'd test it on something first to make sure it still has its holding power.
The necklace is beautiful. I've asked the same question, too, about canned paint. It seems like everyone is of the notion that paint pretty much lasts forever! Lucky us.
You have alot of talent my friend..Very pretty..Ruby is my birth stone..wished I have some real ones..I pray all is well in your world today and each day..From my mountain to yours..Hugs Gl♥ria
I love the necklace, Glenda. It's lovely! Beautiful color.....Christine
Another gorgeous piece of jewelry! My hands would never be steady enough to make jewelry :)
Laughed with the under the sink vision ... mine is the same!

Beautiful, Glenda. I definitely suffer from the "might need that one day" mentality. laurie

Your necklace turned out super cute :-) Your work space always amazes me... so tidy!
Hi Glenda
I always love seeing your jewelry - so beautiful! I know what you mean about doing things that aren't "worthy." But glad that you checked in:)
Stay cool!

Amazing what you are able to create from a few discarded pieces. This piece now has a new life. Lovely!
Hugs,

Hey Glenda, what a beautiful piece you have created once again!
Throw away paint? Are you kidding me? lol
We have cooled off just a bit, but had awful storms yesterday with predictions of more today. The claps of thunder were so bold yesterday, it actually shook our house so bad that it made pictures fall off the walls! Anyhoo, you have a standing invitation to my house if you wanna come clean my cabinets out :) but you can't throw anything away. Stay cool and safe.
