She is on a "Junkin" Roll...

My daughter recently spent a little time  "junkin" for vintage treasures again.
Turquoise TW bowl that will blend in quite well with her kitchen redo.
I think she said she paid 25cts.  No lid, but maybe will find one another time.
6 pyrex old town blue cups -  total $1.50
1 pyrex cup with butterfly pattern to go with one she found recently, and a anchor hocking milk glass mug  with a  strawberry pattern on the right.  She found one, but will be on the hunt for more.  I thought I would check around and see what I could find, and found one. One cup at $14.99 BIN !!!    Think I will keep looking. :)
2 mugs - 25cts. ea.
4 of these with a daffodil pattern - no markings, and so far she and I  have not been able to find any like them in our research.  Anyone happen to know anything about the maker, pattern, time period, etc.??  We both think they are from the 60's or 70's.
4 for $1.00 total.
Milk glass compote  to keep the other one company she scored recently - 50cts.
1972 SL party cookbook and 1974  BH and G snacks and appetizers cookbook - 50 cts. ea.
Total spent - $4.75.
Oh - A little side note:   When she tells the redhead cupid they are going "junkin", she gets excited and says "treasures".  Oh - they do learn early.
I am being optimistic and going to attempt to link up with the following events, but have a busy week ahead, so will see how it goes.

Linking up with: "Mosaic  Monday"
                            "Amaze Me Monday"
                            "Nifty Thrifty Tuesday"
                            "Inspire Me Tuesday"
                            "Whats It Wednesday"
                           "Wow Us Wednesday"
                            "Share Your Cup Thursday"
                            "Thrifty Things Friday"

Hope you are looking forward to a great week!
Glenda

ETA:  I have flowers in my courtyard again! :-D  More on that another time.

She sure knows how to hunt down the bargains. It's never too early to be teaching the art of thrifting:-)

Nice finds! I have an eight piece set of the Corelle butterfly dishes. I bought them new when I first got married many moons ago!

I recognize some of these things - hard to believe they are now considered vintage. Have a happy week, Eileen.

It is funny to see that the things she is collecting are things we couldn't wait to get rid of...who knew that stuff would be collectible some day? I felt like I had a "grown up" kitchen once the pyrex was gone! Now, I think it is pretty!

Fun finds! I had to laugh when I read your 'we'll see how it goes' comment about linking up -you can't imagine how often I've thought the exact same thing!

Ah treasures! What fun finds she has found! My daughter and now my two grand kids go to "uppity" schools... so from an early age, instead of calling them thrift stores/junkies etc.... we call them "Boutiques" LOL
