What a Shock !

I actually worked on a jewelry project.  First time in (believe it or not) over a year. A cool, damp and dreary day, so created a mess...
Actually started out making a pendant for a necklace with the oval shaped turquoise piece in above pic, but quickly figured out I was going to have to sharpen my wire wrapping skills to do that.  So moved on to working with a turquoise nugget I bought some time ago.
Think I have gotten a bit (actually a lot) rusty, or just was not holding my nose just right.
This simple project  "fought me tooth and nail"  (wonder where that expression came from?), but finally got it finished.
Now wished I had bought more of the nuggets - don't remember what I paid, but know it was not a lot.
Hummm...Wonder how long it will be after I click on  "post", and get an email or phone call wanting to know what I am going to do with the necklace.

What are you going to do with the necklace? Am I the first one to ask? Oh, it's so pretty, I love the big nugget. Good to see your jewelry creations again.

I've been hoarding jewelry to repurpose-- I have a feeling I'm going to be rusty too. *wink* Its funny how being creative comes in waves.... I used to do nothing but cross stitch for years, I haven't picked that up in about 15 years.... I do love your nugget necklace :-) so I guess I'll be on the look out for some "nuggets" so I can make one lol
big hugs,
Cheryl

I love turquoise and silver together - this is a beautiful necklace Glenda.
You're not rusty in my book - I wouldn't know where to start with making jewellery!
You're so talented - I'm inspired!
