Fresh vegetables and fruits can be so photogenic - well actually about any food can be photogenic I suppose.
I am really not a picky eater, but have to admit I have my limits on certain things.
But these beauties are not in the dislike category. Out and about taking care of business, stopped at a roadside stand and picked out some yummy, vine ripened tomatoes, peaches and new potatoes. Sorry new potatoes, but you did not make the photo cut (pic to dark), but you will be delish roasted in a bit of olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder and cracked fresh black pepper.
Yum !!

Fresh fruit and vegetables are always so yummy when purchased at the road side stands and farmers markets. These look delicious and even though the potatoes didn't make the cut, your recipe sounds wonderful! Thanks for sharing Glenda.
I'm headed to an orchard tomorrow for some fresh peaches - and will pas a road side stand on the way there. Sounds like a blog post to me:)
Love the ironstone birds!

I love fresh veggies from the garden! We have so many tomatoes this year from our eight plants. As we say in the South ... been "putting" them up :)
Hugs,
Donna
Yum! Your fruits and veggies look delicious! I hope you're staying as cool as possible and not 'withering on the vine', so to speak. Enjoy your weekend! :) Robyn / The French Circus
Nice photo shots, Fruits and veggies are my fav's. I could live without meat altogether!

Yum! I picked about 6 heirloom tomatoes this morning and think I'll make a nice salad for dinner with them. I'm so enjoying all the fresh ripe fruit that's available this time of year!
A mosaic full of fresh beauty. Fruits and veggies are both gorgeous and delicious.
Hugs,
Jann
Love your mosiac of fresh veggies and the fruit. A great idea. Thanks for sharing, have a wonderful week!
you just can't beat fresh fruit and veggies ... good for you and they make a fun mosaic, too!
I am eating the first of the ripe tomatoes tomorrow for lunch, maybe for breakfast after seeing these photos. After an entire year without a decent tomato, I am more than ready.
We get so much great produce here in Florida! I love buying fresh and having a variety to choose from! Peaches are one of my favs!
We've been loving the peaches and plums from the Okanagan - now I can't wait for some local tomatoes!
I love your photos - they are so beautifully composed with the candle and doves - just delightful.
We had our first BLTs with the first big, ripe tomato from my garden last night! I think tomatoes are very photogenic - and delicious. Great shots!
All the lovely fresh produce from the garden and farmer's markets at this time of year is surely worthy of being photographed. You've created a beautiful still life that's also good to eat!
Fresh tomatoes are one of my favorite things about summer. I eat them for lunch and dinner every day while they are available. Your pictures of tomatoes and peaches look almost like a still life. I'm going to have to go get some fresh peaches. Sounds like we're going to get a break in the temps. Yipeee! laurie
You really made those look yummy there Glenda!
We have finally got a little break from the heat but it seems to be moving up again now.
Now I need to look for some great veggies for supper!
Great pics there...
Cindy
