She is on a Roll....

Like I said in a recent post "Someone is busy in the kitchen" and it is not me.  She  has not only been making pickles, but  busy making a variety of jellies also.
Jalapeno Mint
Spoon some over some cream cheese and scoop up with wheat thin crackers - Yum!
******
Apple Mint
******
Orange
Where did the orange flavor come from?
An orange flavored soda!! Yep!
 Stocking the shelves.
I am not much of a root beer fan, so asked what it was like, and she said it tasted similar to a pancake syrup, so suspect it will come in handy on a weekend morning breakfast of pancakes, bacon and eggs.
********
A variety of jellies for some good eating......

WOW!!! I love jellies too - the only one I make is Red Pepper Jelly and it is fabulous with lamb, oh and chicken.... lots of things.
Let me know if you would like the recipe and I'll post it next weekend!

I like jellies just as you've suggested - with cream cheese and crackers. I also use them as a glaze for chicken or pork if I am in a hurry and haven't time for anything too complicated.

That's how I like eating the pepper jelly that I've made, with a little brie cheese on a cracker. As you say - yum! She has been busy!

Oh yummy, your daughter is a domesticated diva with all the canning she is doing. I buy a red pepper jelly that is a tasty complement to chicken, or on crackers too.
Thank you for linking to MM Glenda.

I have always wanted to make pickles. This year we actually have a ton of huge cucumbers in our garden. Only problem is, I found out that they're not the right kind for making pickles!
