Time for Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan @ A Southern Daydreamer http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/
Thanks Susan for hosting again this week. I am sharing a few more of the photos I took in October, 2008 of the beautiful horses.
Awakening
Purple Rein
Cavallo Forte
Healing Hearts
Hope you have enjoyed seeing more of these beautiful works of art. I think there are only 4 or 5 that I have not posted and will probably do those next week. Be sure and visit Susan to see what she and other participants have to share this week.
The mild temps were nice while they lasted. We are back to Winter temps and some of the "white stuff" predicted for late Thurs. night into Friday. Guess I need to make a trip to the grocery store tomorrow. :-)
Hope you are having a great week!

Neat Pics Glenda!
What a neat display! We are getting nasty cold after being fairly mild last week! I am sick of winter!! Cindy
They really are gorgeous aren't they? So regal!
Sue
That is so neat! Quite impressive.
What interesting and unique works of art those horses are! I'm just ready for spring. Enough of the cold stuff.

Beautiful! Hendersonville, NC, about an hour above us does this with bears. They are all decorated by various artists and all interesting.

Glenda, I love seeing these pictures of the horses, since I have only seen a few of them around town. You've done a great job of photographing all of them. Get your milk and bread. Hope it doesn't get too bad. laurie
How awesome Glenda...WOW!! loved seeing these...May you have a great day my friend...Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria
Awesome photos! Stock up and stay warm!
These are fun display, and a great attraction!
They are really colorful!
The horses are really great. They remind me of the mules that are scattered around Bucks County, Pa. They are about the same size and are painted and decorated as well.
I wonder if it was the same artist?
Each horse is so very different and they are all so beautiful!
very uniqe pictures
thanks for sharing
happy outdoor wednesday
Beautiful horses!

Beautiful pieces of art.
I love these, each one a different piece of art :-)
Those are so sleek and beautiful! We had a display of cockerels (the symbol of the French sports teams) once but they weren't what you could call beautiful! Lots of fun, though...
Wonder who ever came up with the idea to decorate horses? It's a rather odd concept but somehow seems to work.
Was this in Kentucky?
Those horses are very popular inside and outside. These are very pretty and make an area so much more inviting.
Beautiful photographs and works of art, Glenda.
xoxo...Kathy
I just love seeing your photos of these amazing horses. I love them all, so creative and beautiful! Kathy
What a neat idea...enjoyed seeing these! They did something like this with turtles all around Metro Atlanta one year...some are still visible in some places. :-)
Oh, I'm so glad you shared some more of these. I am in awe of them. They are amazing!!

Hi Glenda, I love your post today. The horses are works of art and so beautiful. I do love horses any way I see them. Live or works of art like these. I want to see the rest.
Hugs, Jeanne
So interesting, Glenda!
I've added you to my blogroll, by the way, so I can visit more often. Hope it is OK.
Have a nice end of the week,
Monicax.
The horses are beautiful and are in deed a work of art. I think I have seen these or some like them in Tenn. Our son went to graduate school there.
I hope you fair well in the storm heading your way. It is time for winter to be gone!
Please stay warm.
~♥
