A Touch of Spring

I decided to change my dining table to something more "Springy" looking, and put the cloche on the table. Some of you may remember I got this cloche with the nest already in it last Summer, and had it on my dining table for a while last year. Actually, I left it as is and on a table in the living room area thru the Winter months.
I have it sitting on a cake pedestal.
Click picture to enlarge.
Many of you have seen this one in different pictures, as it has been sitting in the same place in the window for some time now - not very creative am I. :D

That is my little contribution to Marty's "Spring Cloche Party"
and Laurie's "A Few of My Favorite Things Saturday".
Be sure to plan on visiting these ladies to see what they and the other participants have to share. I always enjoy visiting the participants and seeing their pretty creations. Maybe, this events will help "Bring on Spring". :-D

Glenda
ETA: This is the neatest my table has been since.............? I don't remember when.

Well, when it's that cute, you don't need to change it up! I've got to try and remember that party. My memory seems to have no retaining walls these days.

Your table looks so pretty. I really like the cake plate you used as a pedestal. Your other cloche looks so cute in the window too.
You're way ahead of me Glenda. I still have my fall table runner on the dining room table and my one and only cloche has been in the same place with the same display inside for several years. It's a mother and child statue my oldest son brought home from Africa several years ago. Oh well, I love it.
Your table looks so neat and pretty.

I like the idea of putting the cloche on the cake stand, I haven't tried that before (but I will now). I really love seeing nests in the cloches...one of my favorite things to see under glass. Very pretty!

Glenda, I always like seeing nests and eggs inside a cloche. Yours look nice and spring-like! :-) And you know I love that mirror panel on your table! I need to unpack one of my cloches and get it decorated. They all got put away when I de-cluttered in Jan. Maybe if we all "think spring", it will show up soon? LOL

I'm afraid I'd sure have to disagree with ya sweetie. I'd say your very creative girl!!! I adore your precious little eggs nestled in that cloche. Golly gee, maybe I better think about takin' my snowmen down although last night...fuurries!

Oh my gosh, I love those birds in your cloche! I need to get some birds for a birdcage I've got. I've got a nest with eggs in it, but it seems like it's missing something. Thanks for sharing your cloches, Glenda!

Oh how cute! I especially loved the little birds. My senior mom loves combining her gardening with enjoying her sweet Kentucky birds. She'd love this as well. Thanks for a delightful visit.
